As the Customer Integration IT manager, you will be a key part of the global customer integration team and manage the AMER EDI team located in Bloomington, MN. Your work will include recommending new Donaldson defined electronic integration techniques and support of proven EDI projects and processes. Role Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day integration and automation support and accelerate corrective actions if/when required Build organizational capacity by identifying and recommending process improvements Partner with business leaders to define scope and priority for any new projects within the Customer integration and automation domain Plan and prioritize projects and manage any related conflicts Monitor the performance of the vendors and have regular governance conversations Team and people management (7 persons): objectives and goals, workload distribution, trainings, performance evaluation reviews, IDP processes, succession Member of the center of excellence leadership team on the order to cash processes and maximize standard global processes. Travel Occasional - 10% Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of academic and/or work experience Knowledge of customer service processes directly aligned to the specific role responsibilities 4 years of experience leading teams Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of industry-standard computer hardware and software systems. Oracle OTC and EDI - RLM Strong teamwork and communication skills. Collaborate with all Donaldson Verticals and businesses; work with all levels of the organization Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Project management skills Flexible to work internationally on the different topics As a leader: focus on active listening, offering and receiving feedback, able to make decisions impacting short-term and the strategic plan Reporting and analytical skills.
