Description:

· Assist in operation of laboratory test equipment.

· Execute DOEs per guidelines from engineering.

· Document test results per guidelines.

· Learn standard test methods and use standard reporting templates.

· Create new test procedures as necessary and maintain accurate details of test records.

· Create/modify/service test equipment.

· Work on multiple projects and prioritize in support of project teams.

· Work in both team environments and independently.

· Utilize online schedular to self-assign technician requests.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

· Experience in chromatography and filter testing.

· 2+ years of prior experience in a laboratory, test, or quality environment.

· Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.

· Good at documentation and formatting in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

· Knowledge of test and measurement equipment.

· Good interpersonal and communications skills.

· Previous experience in a lab setting/pilot process.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in the development, evaluation, and validation of exciting, differentiated technologies to position us as a market leader in our target markets. These technicians will be doing a good amount of quality report writing regarding returned product.

This individual will work along side a group of Principal and Sr Scientists supporting R&D projects.
