Systems Integration & Test Engineering Lead Bloomington, MA Contract Position This position is supporting the next generation in developing mission critical systems for our national defense. You would be a part of creating the most effective and state of the art technologies for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance supporting the Army, Navy, Air Force, Special Forces, and other Federal Government agencies working with our military.   • Lead test teams through planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Coordinate among large teams across multiple disciplines (HW/SW/Systems) and with program leadership.
  • Develope informal and formal test procedures based on customer requirements.
  • Requirements traceability and breakdown from a test perspective. Assign test methods and designing test cases and procedures based on lower level and customer requirements.
  • Develop test strategies and procedures based on customer requirements and military standards such as MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-464, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD-704.
  • Experienced in supporting milestones such as SRR, PDR, CDR, and TRR of the developmental cycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
  • Success leading the systems development life cycle with strong proficiency with requirements management and system modeling tools
  • Creative thinker motivated to apply technical standards and methodologies to develop solutions
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to provide technical leadership and position others for success
  • Strong presentation and communications skills with experience in the art of negotiation and the ability to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others
