Job Description

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and tear down plastic extrusion machines.

• Perform preventive maintenance on machines, including hydraulics, schematics, and PLC troubleshooting.

• Conduct welding and millwright tasks as necessary.

• Troubleshoot and repair machines, including electrical troubleshooting.

• Change out parts, make adjustments, control speed, and replace parts as necessary.

• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of machine operation experience.

• Experience with plastic extrusion is strongly preferred.

• Ability to set up, troubleshoot, and maintain plastic extrusion machines.

• Proficiency in preventive maintenance, hydraulics, and PLC troubleshooting.

• Welding and millwright skills.

• Ability to perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
