Full job description: Zopec Medical is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic team. The Warehouse Operator will be responsible for executing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders, and maintaining an organized, efficient warehouse environment. This role requires a high level of responsibility, teamwork, and an independent work ethic, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a proactive approach to all duties. Responsibilities: Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently. Shipping and Labeling: Print and apply shipping labels, ensuring compliance with all shipping guidelines. Customer Service: Occasionally assist with customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction. Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe, including stocking and arranging inventory in designated areas. Inventory Management: Track, organize, and maintain inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and accurate records. Team Collaboration: Work both independently and as part of a team to meet goals and deadlines. Safety and Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and be open to training for forklift certification.
