JACKSON COUNTY Judicial Assistant in BLACK RIVER FALLS, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: This is a full-time position in which the successful candidate will work within the Branch I Judge\'s Office. This is an appointed position. This position, at a minimum, performs the following: court administrative support and confidential secretarial tasks for the Circuit Judge I; coordinates and monitors court calendars; schedules court proceedings and prepares notices for court matters; conducts inquiries as requested by the Judge regarding case information prior to court; performs multiple receptionist duties; provides information and assistance to the general public, attorneys, and others utilizing the assistance of the Jackson County Circuit Court. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Associate\'s Degree in paralegal, legal secretary or other related field Minimum of two (2) years\' experience in a law office or legal services environment Computer experience including Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and accounting applications with knowledge of the principles of budgetary accounting ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply Online: www.co.jackson.wi.us
