Lead Engineer for Cybersecurity testing

As Lead Engineer for Cybersecurity testing, the position will be the anchor for defining how we do Cybersecurity test and apply to the given certifications.

Plan and conduct security testing activities for embedded systems, such as penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, fuzzing, code analysis, and reverse engineering. The position will coordinate the laboratory effort to support CS test for the 4 Grundfos divisions.

Your main responsibilities :

  • Be responsible for how we do document the results of security tests and provide recommendations.

  • Define collaboration structures. Facilitate the Community of Practice (CoP) of the Cybersecurity testing and the evaluation of existing result of testing across all relevant product test. Communicate and coordinate with Grundfos 4 divisions and stakeholders on security issues and solutions.

  • Develop and maintain security testing tools, scripts, and frameworks for embedded systems.

  • Research and stay updated on the latest security trends, threats, and best practices for embedded systems. Perform technical feasibility studies for future tests.

  • Creating and maintaining internal and external networks

  • Develop and maintain security testing tools, scripts, and frameworks for embedded systems.

Your background :

We imagine that you have:

  • A university master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar.

  • Experience with project management within a large and complex R&D organization.

  • At least 5 – 10 years of experience in security testing and analysis for embedded systems.

  • Knowledge of standards, e.g., IEC 62443, ISO 27001 etc.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of security principles, standards, and methodologies for embedded systems.

  • Accountable and responsible. Operates with results orientation.

  • Solid understanding of embedded software and IoT connected devices (Some HW understanding is important)

  • Good ability to collaborate and coordinate cross-functional delivery to the development team.

  • Advanced in Danish and English, both in reading and writing

  • Flexible with good communication skills
