Intermountain Health Senior Salesforce Analyst in Bismarck, North Dakota
Job Description:
The Sr. Salesforce Analyst/Administrator is responsible for the comprehensive analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of Salesforce CRM systems. This senior-level role requires extensive experience in all facets of Salesforce administration. Functions with minimal oversight and direction, providing technical guidance to peers.
Scope
Leads in the design, implementation, testing, and documentation of new or existing Salesforce applications. Creates scope documentation of projects and assists in tracking project completion.
Utilize Salesforce automation tools, such as Flows, to streamline business processes.
Provides training and documentation to end users on Salesforce applications.
Responds to customer requests and service tickets within established IT standards. Communicates with other IT staff as necessary to ensure effective resolution and communicates resolution with customers in a timely fashion.
Be available for on-call duties during scheduled shifts as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Five (5) years of experience managing digital properties
Previous experience creating sites, editing pages, testing customizations, and managing permissions is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Healthcare industry experience

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$39.18 - $61.67
