Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of manufacturing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure production targets are met

• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to optimise productivity and efficiency

• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine resource requirements and ensure timely delivery of products

• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Biology or related field, or equivalent experience

• Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality management systems

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
