Who are PCM Specialist (Product Change Management Specialist)?
PCM is the home of project managers working on changes to our fantastic products. This could be changes to the formula, packaging, creating promotional artwork, delisting products or launching brand news ones.

Project management skills: experience with or aptitude for managing projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Stakeholder management: excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and individuals.

Curiosity and proactiveness: a naturally inquisitive mindset, not afraid to ask questions or seek support when needed.

Work schedule: 36 hours (8 am - 4 pm or 9 am - 5 pm), Hybrid work, you will be 3 days in the office.
This is a full-time, permanent role.
