The Delivery Manager for agile tribes co-ordinates across squads and any ecosystem of dependent platforms, in the planning and execution of the tribe roadmap, setting the standards and making a step change in the value, flow, quality, pace and predictability of our end to end delivery across all Business Products, customer segments and colleague journeys and capability deliveries, agnostic of stack and aligned to customer and product, process and journey outcomes. The Delivery Manager is equally responsible for working with Business stakeholders in adoption of the Digital outputs to deliver Business outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assure end to end delivery planning and execution through an optimised agile delivery mechanism to ensure Business achieve desired goals and outcomes across a complex group of tribes and squads.

  • Manage business readiness across all functions for roll-out and launch of new capabilities and journey enhancements and extensions. Always starting with the customer and creating plans that support and optimise customer and colleague outcomes.

  • Ensure delivery teams (squads/tribe) are mobilised and set up for success with OKRs; training; etc. in place and a well-defined system of work.

  • Ensure the appropriate governance is in place.

  • Ensure delivery KPI Reporting and retrospection to achieve optimization.

Experience you'll have

  • 5+ years’ experience of leading complex end-2-end delivery spanning technology and business.

  • Proven experience of stakeholder management and influencing skills at a senior level.

  • Experience delivering outcomes across both a wide stakeholder base and highly matrixed organization.

  • Experienced working across a wide range of teams and stakeholders to align plans and deliver business outcomes.

  • Extensive experience in multiple delivery methodologies i.e agile wow, transformation delivery, project/programme management.
