TEKsystems Technical Customer Service Representative in Birmingham, Alabama

Job Description:

Take inbound calls and troubleshoot customers devices and/or accounts. Provide technical support for customers internally and externally.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in the telecommunication industry (T Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, etc.) is ideal

  • 3+ years of helpdesk or technical support experience

  • Experience with troubleshooting devices (phones, tablets, computers, etc.) or helpdesk related experience

  • Tech savvy individual with some technical knowledge

  • Ability to provide high level customer service, demonstrate patience, and show empathy

Work Schedule:

Monday - Friday; 8am - 5pm
