Job Duties and Requirements:

• Schedule subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
• Communicate with project team regarding RFI's, and Submittals.
• Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work.
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Handle oneself in a Professional manner at all times.
• Be capable of dealing with high-intensity situations and deadlines in a healthy manner.
• Be a team player at all times with a positive outlook and demeanor.
• Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
• Identify conflicts in construction or schedule progress and communicate them to the project team for resolution.
• Maintain daily log (mobile application) of activities on the job site.
• Perform Superintendent duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously.
• Lift at least 100lbs.
• Ensure the subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by the project team.
• Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors in regard to the quality of work or scheduling.
• Ensure that the job site is always kept clean and safe.
• Perform Superintendent walks and create a punch list in order to ensure timely delivery.

Education and/or Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience with the knowledge of trades, and capable of working with a computer and or mobile device. Experience in retail, medical, tenant finish-out, and ground-up construction is preferred. Experience with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Teams, Project and Outlook) is also preferred. Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, OandM instructions, and safety rules and regulations. Ability to write daily reports and communicate with project team and clients in a clear and concise manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• Construction: 3 years (Preferred)
