We have an immediate job opening for a dedicated and skilled Standup Forklift Operator in our Dry Warehouse . Forklift Operators are responsible for several functions including supplying our production lines with critical ingredients, unloading and receiving deliveries, putting away and returning unused product to stock, inventory cycle counts, and other critical tasks.
COMPENSATION:
The rate pay is $21.31 per hour
Paid weekly on Fridays
SCHEDULE:
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM (Typically 4 days per week @ 10 hours per day)
NO WEEKENDS!

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
Your personal commitment to positively contribute to Mayfield’s Culture of Excellence
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience operating a standup forklift is required (a skills assessment will be conducted during interview)
Experience using RF scanner gun required
Basic math skills required
Experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred, especially food & beverage (allergen control practices)
Experience and understanding of JIT and LIFO inventory practices
May be exposed to allergens (milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame)
Must be able to push, pull, stand, walk, climb, crouch for virtuallmilk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, and sesamey the entire shift
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and/or assist others while lifting
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to be able to work in a wet environment
May have some exposure to dust, fumes and cleaning chemicals
Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime as required, occasional weekends and holidays
Must observe all OSHA and company-required safety rules and PPE requirements
Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
May be exposed to allergens
Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug and criminal background checks
