Job Summary

Join our dedicated team at Morrison Healthcare in Macon, GA, where we are committed to providing exceptional care and service to our patients. Our newly built, state-of-the-art kitchen is ready for a talented Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our food service to new heights.

This position is in Macon, GA, and will require relocation to the area. 95K - 105K, relocation assistance for those outside a 50-mile radius, 5-day work-week, alternating weekends, Matching 401K, Few Late Nights!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute nutritious and delicious menus that cater to the dietary needs of our patients, staff, and visitors.

Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.

Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure the safety and well-being of all diners.

Collaborate with hospital management to create and implement innovative culinary programs.

Manage inventory, budgeting, and cost control to optimize kitchen operations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.

Passion for culinary excellence and creativity, with a focus on nutrition and wellness.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to maintaining a positive work culture and supporting team members.

Knowledge of dietary restrictions and special dietary needs is a plus.
