Summary
Determines the resources necessary to ensure an uninterrupted supply of support production and sales.
Essential Job Functions
Working directly with the maintenance supervisors, and department, create, schedule, coordinate, and process, maintenance work orders and preventive maintenance order using E-maint system.
Maintain critical spare master lists and physical inventory location for each part by asset
Assist in determining maintenance frequencies using OEM recommendation as well as actual inspection results
Monitor inventory levels of maintenance critical spare parts and coordinate purchases using JD Edwards operating system to maintain adequate levels on shelf at all times
Source new components and suppliers as needed to support our PM system, and lead time availability, etc.
Must be able to work from blueprints to determine the specifications for the parts needed to maintain the equipment, as well as defining the process for the PM work order
Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
Adhere to 5S standards (e.g. maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
Follow all safety, environmental and quality policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Responsible for tracking and publishing Metrix for applicable KPI requirements
Work with manufacturing engineers on new processes, equipment, and standard work
