Job Title: Contracted Front Desk/Customer Service Representative

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented individual to fill a Contracted Front Desk/Customer Service Representative role for a leading company in our industry. This is a contract position requiring a professional who can deliver high-quality customer service and has the ability to multitask.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining high customer service standards.

• Manage multi-line telephone system, responding to external and internal calls, directing and transferring calls to the appropriate departments.

• Perform administrative support tasks, like managing calendars, making travel arrangements, managing office supplies inventory, and routing mail.

• Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail.

• Schedule meetings and appointments as needed, managing meeting room availability.

• Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.

• Handle billing processes and invoice printing and sending.

• Record and maintain customer information within our CRM software, ensuring all customer interaction is recorded and information is accurate.

• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
