Job Title: Industrial EngineerJob Description

Responsible for supporting the entire production process by analyzing operations, designing workflows, and production processes. The goal is the reduction of inefficiencies by designing and implementing systems to maximize productivity, reduce waste and production issues, and establish cost-effectiveness and high product quality.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operations to identify areas for improvement.

• Design and implement workflows and production processes.

• Reduce inefficiencies and waste in production.

• Ensure high product quality and cost-effectiveness.

• Work on production schedules, processes, and specifications to ensure product conformity.

• Provide technical and organizational support to the production site.

Essential Skills

• Industrial engineering

• Process improvement

• Continuous improvement

• Lean Six Sigma

• Kaizen

• Experience in a manufacturing environment

• Knowledge of VAP tools (Kaizen, 5S, etc.)

• Manufacturing engineering

• Process engineering

• Process mapping

• Material flow

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with cell configuration - resources, layout, tools

Work Environment
