We are looking for a Groundskeeper who will be required to perform the day-to-day maintenance operations of the community to include general maintenance and repairs along with general grounds/curb appeal management. Here is what you will be doing: Responsible for the meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings. Removes trash from office areas and community perimeter daily; Collects and disposes of all debris, paper, and general rubbish. Perform general maintenance tasks as assigned. Ensure the completion of service requests in 24 hours or per community policy. Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors. Assists with moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies; exercise safety if needed to assist with moving heaving items, such as furniture/appliances, and unloading/storing supplies. Here is what you’ll have: High School diploma or GED equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred. 1 year of general maintenance with experience in construction, plumbing, electrical preferred. Excellent customer relations experience. Must be able to work evenings, weekends, or on-call when necessary. Valid driver’s license required.
