Are you a dynamic leader with a deep passion for innovation and operational excellence in supply chain management? We're seeking a Senior Supply Chain Development Manager to shape the future of our supply chain architecture and drive transformative solutions!

Core responsibilities

  • Lead the long-term strategic development of the supply chain across the Element and Mould (E&M) value chain.

  • Serve as a key member of the Supply Chain Management leadership team, helping shape the direction of the function.

  • Oversee the governance and continuous improvement of E&M operating principles and processes.

  • Spearhead high-impact projects focused on optimizing supply chain performance.

  • Identify, design, and implement new supply chain solutions to meet evolving business needs.

  • Explore strategic opportunities to optimize and digitize supply chain processes for greater efficiency.

Play your part in our team succeeding

In this role, you'll be part of the Supply Chain Management team within the Engineering and Quality, which oversees a diverse range of responsibilities including mould master planning, capacity management, data governance, master data, and mould economics. This position is pivotal in driving development initiatives that span across the entire Elements and Mould value chain, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with long-term goals.

Do you have what it takes?

The ideal candidate will have a background in supply chain management and leadership experience in project management, team leadership, or as part of an executive team. We're looking for someone who is:

  • Analytical and methodical, with a strong grasp of supply chain principles.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to take initiative in driving change.

  • Business-savvy, with a curiosity to explore new ideas and challenge the status quo.

  • An effective communicator, with strong facilitation skills, especially when working with senior management.

  • Resilient and driven, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
