Are you passionate about building strategic business plans and financial models that guide action plans and deliver business results?

Core responsibilities?

  • Lead business strategy and drive business impact modeling of Kids Engagement opportunities, driving member acquisition, retention, loyalty, and business impact.

  • Develop long-term business strategies and strategic plans together with key partners across Product and Marketing Development teams. Collaborate with senior management to align strategies with corporate goals

  • Leveraging insights, data, and research, identify and pursue new business growth opportunities mapped to kid needs

  • Create business and financial models for growth and optimization, conducting opportunity sizing and evaluating the feasibility and potential business impact of various initiatives

  • Partner with your Performance Measurement Analytics partner to develop business case model baselines, growth assumptions, and outcome metrics

  • Provide clarity to partner teams (e.g. Product, Content, Marketing) to help them execute effectively

  • Co-create measurement plans for new initiatives, and provide regular performance vs. target updates to investment forums as required

Do you have what it takes?

  • Ability to build business plans & financial models

  • Ability to understand corporate business strategy, the digital landscape for kids, and the impact these have on engagement plans

  • Ability to process and analyse data and insights to support building business plans and identifying opportunities

  • Ability to set realistic targets, assessing and challenging upstream models and plans

  • Flexible mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, complex stakeholder environment where business plans and strategies may shift

  • Excellent collaboration skills with proven ability to lead through influence (rather than direct control and ownership)

  • Strong communication skills, including through presentations with data-driven rationale

  • Can-do, self-starter attitude to make new things happen

  • Strong personal organization skills

  • Consulting experience, or similar

The Kids Engagement team is responsible for understanding children as an audience, setting and activating strategies (ecosystem, membership, engagement), and guiding cross-functional team execution to deliver value to children.
