On this amazing team, you will join a large group of talented designers and engineers working in a fun, agile environment at the amazing Campus HQ in Billund, where playing and having fun is an integrated part of working. Your daily work will be on a cross-functional team, where you will lead the design efforts, in close collaboration with our Engineering Lead and Product Manager.

Our Consumer & Marketing Technology Design Department is responsible for designing consumer-facing digital products, whether for kids or grown-ups, as well as creating the internal tooling that empowers our set designers and marketeers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design efforts for online destinations on LEGO.com, such as About Us, Newsroom, Sustainability, Career Portal and other destinations.

  • Develop designs that empower users and internal content creators, based on diverse requirements.

  • Create user journeys, design concepts and wireframes for new products and features for web and mobile.

  • Work with user insights and research to shape product experience and deliver new value to our users and organization.

  • Act as a facilitator during collaborative efforts between designers and other team members.

  • Document design work and contribute to shared Design Systems and tools in the LEGO Group.

  • Present ideas and designs and explain rationale to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing digital products for users on web and mobile.

  • A team player with strong collaboration skills and ability to create relations across a large and complex organization.

  • Ability to establish and own the user research and UX/UI design solution of sites, experiences and destinations.

  • Experienced in contributing to and working with design systems.

  • Create clear, well-founded and visually impressive proposals based on complex requirements.

  • Great communication skills in person, as well as in your designs.

  • Experienced user of Figma.
