In this role, you will be an integral part of an established product team dedicated to developing advanced internal software tools for our LEGO Building Experience Specialists. You'll collaborate on creating the digital tools essential for producing the next generation of LEGO digital building instructions, helping to transform creative ideas into extraordinary experiences.

Core Responsibilities

  • Translate overarching business goals into a clear product strategy.

  • Define long-term ambitions, product vision, and roadmaps in collaboration with partners and engineering teams.

  • Establish and manage quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the product team.

  • Convert business goals and user feedback into valuable outcomes with your team.

  • Partner with Business Leadership and Customer Leads to prioritize needs based on user insights and business impact.

  • Continuously optimize the product to achieve defined outcomes.

  • Coordinate with fellow Product Managers in Product Innovation Enablement to ensure organizational needs are addressed by the right teams.

This product team develops the digital tools crucial for creating LEGO digital building instructions. You will lead the prioritization process, using user and business insights to ensure the team focuses on solving the most critical needs.

You are self-motivated, curious, and agile, focused on improving user experiences while ensuring brand governance. You will work closely with stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners, to align on Product Vision, Strategy, and Outcomes. Do you have what it takes?

  • Proven experience in product management and strategy.

  • Industry experience in VFX, gaming, 3D animation, product development, or similar fields.

  • Familiarity with Agile product management.

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

  • General knowledge of software development.

  • Experience leading cross-functional agile teams.

  • Ability to translate product vision and user insights into actionable priorities.

Additionally, it would be great if you have:

  • Proven experience managing technical software and desktop applications, including industrial and 3D software.

  • Familiarity with SAAS solutions and integrations is a plus.

  • Proficiency in using JIRA for project management.

  • Strong data analytics capabilities.

  • Experience working in a complex IT environment and with 3D content creation tools such as Maya, Zbrush, Rhino, Photoshop, In-Design, and Substance Suite.
