We’re seeking a dynamic Performance Management Lead to set the strategy and drive transparency within our Business Services Organization (BSO). In this pivotal role, you'll lead a dedicated team, collaborate with diverse partners across BSO and the CFO Organization, and harness data and metrics to enhance our services and processes.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop a Performance Management compelling vision and strategy

  • Collaborate with senior partners to drive the full process of identifying business objectives aligned to overall business strategy, translating them into data requirements and technical solutions

  • Engage collaborators from across BSO to review and re-define key performance indicators that will drive performance

  • Implement change management initiatives with LCI and others to embed a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability

  • Enable cross-functional collaboration to identify improvements and actions from the data to enable stakeholders to drive their performance

  • Develop the Performance Management team driving consistent ways of working and team motivation

As Performance Manager Lead, you'll set strategy, define processes, and lead a team to enhance BSO performance through data and metrics. Collaborate with stakeholders across BSO and the CFO Organization to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of our services.

We are 400+ colleagues delivering services to the rest of the LEGO Group.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Positive 'can do' attitude with proven leadership experience

  • Strong project management skills

  • Strong influencing skills, capable of challenging others to inspire change

  • Understanding of finance processes

  • Successful engagement with diverse global teams

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Proficient in PowerBI, Power Query (M Query), and DAX

  • Experience with PowerApps and Synapse SQL (preferred but not essential)
