Job Description

Bring your passion for commercial forecasting and demand management to our Membership & Personalisation team in a dynamic global role where innovation drives impact!

This position will be responsible for leading the commercial target setting process within Membership & Personalisation and ensures through regular commercial forecasting & demand updates that we achieve our goals effectively, efficiently and profitably.

Please note the work location is either Copenhagen or Billund, Denmark and no relocation assistance is offered for this role.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement commercial forecasting & demand management within Membership & Personalisation, by developing targets, forecasts and risk management processes and driving adoption across the business, in close partnership with Finance, LEGO Retail, and Global Commercial Development

  • Responsible for the (annual) forecasting & target setting process of Membership & Personalisation, in support of the overall M&P Performance framework, and in conjunction with the LEGO Group’s OKR & portfolio planning process and LEGO Retail’s Integrated Commercial Planning process.

  • Actively support the P&L management process of Membership & Personalisation to help drive a profitable and thriving membership program, by investigating trends, supporting the creation of business cases, and creating insights and guidance on what actions will improve top and bottom line results, in close partnership with Finance

  • Deliver regular high quality commercial forecasts and predictive insights on our member base, to optimize demand and performance management, enable data-driven decision making, and manage risks in a timely manner, in close partnership with commercial performance, analytics and finance teams across the business

  • Responsible for communicating back commercial forecasts , predictive insights, and risks analyses to senior stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, with actionable recommendations

  • Partner with the Membership Operations team on points liability forecasting & demand management for rewards, and synthesize into overall Membership & Personalisation’s financial planning, forecasting & risk management processes

  • Partner with the CRM Hub and CRM proposition team on campaign target setting , as well as yearly targets for new personalisation initiatives, and synthesize into overall Membership & Personalization’s financial planning, forecasting & risk management processes

  • Coach and mentor team members , and by actively encouraging knowledge-sharing across commercial performance management teams in M&C, LEGO Retail and Finance

You will report directly to the Senior Director of Performance, Development & Decisioning, and work closely with key cross-functional teams across M&C (Markets & Channels), Finance, LEGO Retail, PMD (Product & Marketing Development), and Digital.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Relevant experience working in commercial performance management, finance and/or analytics

  • Advanced skills in Excel, including advanced functions and tools

  • Strong structured problem solving & communication capabilities

  • Excels at communicating with senior collaborators (written & oral); able to convey clear, concise and actionable recommendations based on solid foundation

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams

  • Solid understanding of personalisation, CRM, and loyalty programs

  • Energetic and determined, with a strong focus on overcoming challenges, achieving results, and ensuring high quality and efficiency.

  • Collaborative communicator with experience working across cultures and time zones to build strong, lasting relationships.
