Do you have proven experience of improving and implementing new financial processes in a production environment?

This role offers unique development opportunities by involving you in existing projects and influencing Supply Chain financial processes and systems to drive improvement while maintaining flexibility and agility!

Please note the work location is Billund, Denmark and no relocation assistance is offered for this role.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive improvement of material flow financial processes in collaboration with Supply Chain, Finance Business Partners, and external partners.

  • Facilitate the definition and implementation of business requirements for Supply Chain finance processes and systems.

  • Perform process standardization, automation, and documentation.

  • Provide user support and training in processes, governance, and systems.

  • Drive projects and activities requiring process and system knowledge and change management focus.

  • Manage partners, including business owners and other key internal and external partners.

Business Processes & Information is part of Business Service Operations. Our responsibilities cover global process ownership of Finance & HR processes as well as process expertise and interaction on finance, controlling as well as business & tax processes, process documentation, training, and project portfolio. Our mission is to build and maintain efficient and effective standardized processes and bridge business needs with IT solutions. You will be based in Billund and join more than 70 dedicated colleagues globally.

The main purpose of this role is to design, improve, and govern our Supply Chain financial processes with a focus on processes and systems. You will facilitate business requirements delivery, participate in projects requiring subject matter expertise, and train and support process users.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Deep understanding of supply chain processes, including production and costing, with proven experience in SAP FI, CO, and MM modules.

  • Effective English communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex issues clearly.

  • Structured and prioritized approach with an E2E and deep functional specialist mindset.

  • Experience with global projects, change management, process documentation, and training.

  • Advantageous: tax knowledge, curiosity, eagerness to learn, continuous improvement mindset, strong time management, analytical, and dedicated team player.
