This is a 12 - month maternity cover forthe Executive assistant to the VP of Strategy and Transformation,coordinating and collaboratingwith teamsacross the LEGO Group.
Core Responsibilities
In your roleyou willbe responsible for:
Calendar ownership :Overall ownership oftheHead of S&T’scalendar including corporate& teammeetings
Meeting coordination :Preparing agendas, attending team meetings, communication of meeting outcomes and actions to include action log follow-up
Chief of staff :Independently takeappropriate actionson upcoming needs and challenges of theHead of S&Tand teamincluding Assistance in preparing/finalisingpresentations
Team connectivity & events :Be the approachable, friendly face ofthe S&T by professionally addressing relevant inquiries andassistingin finding efficient solutions for a variety of issues;Organisingteam events.
Onboarding support : Supporting the onboarding of newextendedleadership team members
Emails handling :Taking direction fromtheHead of S&Ton actions needed from incoming emails and requests
Expense management :Entry management of expenses claims
Travel arrangements: Handling domestic and international travel arrangements (including visa applications when needed)
Data compliance :Owner of shared drives and team distribution lists ensuring the constant use of data compliance

Job requirements:
A degreepossibly withinLinguistics, Languages, Economics or Business Administration
Advanced English skills, both written and spoken
6+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant for senior leaders in a bigger globalorganisation
The ability toprioritiseand beingorganisedin your day-to-day work.
Are comfortable working with multiple, semi-defined and changing working tasks in an environment where priorities may change by the hour.
Are proactive and with a high degree of collaboration.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively, leavinga lasting impressionon those you engage with
The ability to handle andmaintainhigh-level of confidentiality.
Proficiencyin MS Office suites, especially Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint, PowerPoint
Experience within the LEGO Group is a great advantage.
