As an Executive Administrator, you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoy assisting colleagues with ad hoc tasks to help ensure the day runs smoothly.

Core Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the Executive Leadership Team and Sr. Executive Assistants with administrative tasks including:

  • Create expense reports for off sites, travel, catering

  • Conduct visa applications and travel registrations

  • Run and update the KPMG calendar

  • Display our LEGO Novelty boxes within the Executive Leadership Team

  • Manage invoicing and payments of events, travel etc.

This position sits in our Executive Support Team / Center of Excellence, where you will report to Tina Kubel Luyt. We are a team of 12 assistants who carry out many administrative and practical tasks to ensure the Executive Leadership Team can focus fully on leading the LEGO Group.

  • Experience from a comparable role

  • The ability to juggle many different tasks, priorities and being organized in your day-to-day work

  • Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively, leaving a lasting impression on those you engage with
