This role is a strong opportunity to gain extensive knowledge of the LEGO Group's financial processes related to Premise cost and the Global Workplace experience Team growing a strong network across the organization!
You will play a key role in driving innovation and continuous improvement in the financial planning processes and build on your already excellent finance career.
Core Responsibilities
In the role as Business Controller, you will be part of a global team that handles financial planning and governance of a large portion of the LEGO Group’s Overheads cost, supporting the Global Workplace experience team and Premises across the LEGO GROUP.
The team is part of the larger Corporate Finance team, and you will join a dynamic community of ambitious and skilled finance professionals, striving to support business decisions and drive continues improvements of processes and digital tools.
Main responsibilities include:
Planning, controlling, and reporting Global Premise cost
Finance business partner for Workplace Projects & People Incentives
Drive continues improvements in the Premises Overheads related processes and support the implementation of new digital solutions and new planning systems.
Deliver analytics enabling trade-offs & optimization dialogues with partners in the business and finance community.

At our HQ in Billund, we are a team of 15 dedicated and ambitious colleagues working out of both London and Billund in a fantastic environment. We are organized in Corporate Finance and control and guide the financial performance for Overhead cost across the LEGO® Group.
Do you have what it takes?
University degree or equivalent experience in Finance or other related degree in combination with
+2-5 years of proven experience from a global company or a consultancy role within financial planning and analysis, preferable with Finance Business partner experience.
Motivated by taking initiative to continuously improve processes. The ability to take ownership and drive tasks and priorities to a conclusion.
Experience working with various data and reporting platforms such as Excel, SAP, business intelligence and Power BI.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and ensure high quality of own work.
