Job Title: Journeyman Glazier

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Glazier to fabricate and install various types of glass for our clients. The successful candidate will build and install frames for glass, manage the loading and arrangement of glass for daily installations, and utilize schematics, hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools for all fabrication and installation tasks. Additionally, the role involves applying weather stripping, sealant, or epoxy as needed for final installations and assisting in daily scheduling to ensure the correct product is staged for the next day of installation.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and install different types of glass for companies.

• Build and install frames for all glass.

• Load and arrange glass for installations on trucks for daily jobs.

• Use schematics, hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools for all fabrication and installation jobs.

• Apply all weather stripping, sealant, or epoxy as needed for final installations.

• Assist in daily scheduling and ensure the correct product is staged for the next day's installation.

Essential Skills

• Glazing

• Installation

• Windows

• Carpentry

• Experience in commercial building

• 3 years of glass installation experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency with schematics, hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools

• Ability to work efficiently and safely on construction and building sites
