Pierce Flooring and Cabinet Design Center, a family-owned business with nearly a century of service in Montana, is seeking a dedicated In-House Journeyman Flooring Installer. This full-time, year-round position offers a hassle-free work environment, competitive wages, and a comprehensive benefits package. As part of our team, you will perform a variety of flooring installations in both commercial and residential settings. We provide training in all aspects of flooring installation, making this an excellent opportunity for growth and skill development. Responsibilities: - Perform flooring installations, including carpet, carpet tiles, vinyl, luxury vinyl, laminate, hardwood, and ceramic. - Work collaboratively with team members to complete jobs in a timely manner. - Travel as required for out-of-town jobs, with potential for overnight stays. Qualifications: - Experience as a Journeyman/Lead flooring installer. - Leadership experience. - Ability to work well in a team environment. - Have your own hand tools. - A valid driver's license with an insurable record. (Will operate a Company vehicle.) Hours: Full time four (4) 10-hour days Monday - Thursday. (3-day weekends) Wage: $26.00 to $30.00 per hour, with additional Production Bonuses available.
