COR ENTERPRISES Federal Building Training Specialist in BILLINGS, Montana

COR Enterprises supports adults with disabilities. We hold the contract to clean the Federal Building in Billings. This allows our clients to work in the community and earn an excellent wage. We currently have a position opening for a Federal Building Training Specialist at the James F Battin Federal Building. This person will provide support and supervision to a small work crew of persons with disabilities. Must be able to move and stand for prolonged periods and frequently perform physically demanding tasks. Must be computer literate and have general knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and basic computer skills. Must have good oral and written communication skills. Must pass all applicable background checks including a federal background check. Must have an acceptable driving record. Any employee, who operates a vehicle on behalf of the Company, must maintain a valid driver's license and insurability as per insurance company guidelines. A driving record check will be conducted at the time of hire and throughout employment. Non-Exempt. Essential Duties: * Provide services and supports necessary to enable clients/workers to engage in work opportunities including: * Monitor and complete all quality assurance paperwork required for daily, periodical and subcontracted work. * Assuring equipment is maintained and making recommendations for replacement. * Ensure security of building and each department within the building * Implement all action statements as specified by the PSP. * Monitor client activities and report to the Assistant Director of Custodial Operations on behavioral or medical incidents and, as directed, do follow-up. * Prepare for and attend PSP meetings for assigned clients, as directed. * Complete incident reports accurately and timely on any client as needed. * Complete accurate client training records each day or as required. * Complete and maintain all training certifications as required. * Assist in working with the clients in cleaning tasks and provide training to ensure work is completed satisfactorily. * Perform janitorial and maintenance tasks as needed. * Maintaining laundry daily. * Available to answer service calls as directed in the contract. * Coordinate with supervisor, department coverage needs. * Read and complete all required training materials. Maintain certifications as required. * Maintain good working relationships with co-workers and stakeholders. * Promote a positive image of COR Enterprises as outlined in the Personnel Policies under Code of Ethics. * Will not violate the confidentiality of any information relating to clients/eligible workers, or any contract customers. * Observes safety and health rules, regulations, and works according to standard procedures and practices outlined in personnel and safety manuals. * Overtime as required. * This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive, and employee will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required. The shift is Monday through Friday, 12 pm - 430 pm with a full-time option for the right candidate.
