Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Machine Operators in Biddeford, ME. In this role, you will be operating manufacturing equipment to produce premium building products. You must be comfortable working a 12-hour shift, constantly standing and walking, and able to lift 35+ lbs. You should also be able to read, write, and speak English.
Responsibilities
Operate manufacturing equipment to produce premium building products
Monitor and maintain long extruder machines
Ensure consistent production quality
Follow safety protocols and procedures
Perform routine maintenance on equipment
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Essential Skills
Previous production or manufacturing experience of at least 6 months
Willingness to learn and be excited to work
Comfortable working 12-hour shifts with constant walking and standing
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Additional Skills & Qualifications
General labor experience
Experience in machine operation

Work Environment
Our large open manufacturing warehouse is equipped with long extruder machines, each operated and monitored by one operator. The team consists of 20 people working in production, with schedules available for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Biddeford, Maine.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00
