Do you have a knack for reading Blueprints? Do you have a background in hydraulics or robotics? If so, do we have a great opportunity for you. Masis staffing is searching for an Electro-Mechanical Tech for a local company in Sanford, Maine.
Responsibilities of Electro-Mechanical Tech:
- Diagnoses mechanical problems using charts, diagnostic software, technical manuals, and expertise.
- Test the performance of electromechanical assemblies, using test instruments such as oscilloscopes, electronic voltmeters, or bridges.
- Reads blueprints, schematics, diagrams, or technical orders to determine methods and sequences of assembly.
- Installs electrical or electronic parts and hardware in housings or assemblies, using soldering equipment and hand tools.
- Align, fit, or assemble component parts, using hand or power tools, fixtures, templates, or microscopes.
- Operate metal working machines, including a welder, to fabricate housing, jigs, fittings, or fixtures.
- Troubleshoot, repair, rework, or calibrate hydraulic or pneumatic assemblies or systems to meet operational specifications or tolerances.
Requirements of Electro-Mechanical Tech:
- Electrical experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to weld desirable
- PLC programming desirable
- Ability to come to work for each scheduled shift
Compensation & benefits of Electro-Mechanical Tech:
Monday Friday 7 am 3 pm - \$25.00 - \$32.00/hour based on experience
