This large, dynamic firm is seeking candidates for their Executive Assistant position. For this position, we're looking for candidates who are professional and highly-skilled, and ready to maintain various administrative duties for executive management. Your responsibilities in this role

• Arrange reports and financial data

• Schedule travel and meeting arrangements

• Handle incoming calls

• Prepping for presentations

• Instruct and direct other support staff and customer relations

  Requirements

• Foundational knowledge in Payment Processing

• Proficiency in calendar managements and scheduling appointments

• Microsoft Office experience

• Scheduling experience required

• Proven ability to use the internet for research

• Outstanding organizational skills, ability to multitask, an eye for detail and previous project management experience
