Architectural Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager proficient in Revit with 10-15 years of experience in the architecture field. This role involves overseeing all phases of design, creating comprehensive construction documents, and managing commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to interact with clients and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of design for architectural projects.

• Create and compile comprehensive sets of construction documents (CDs).

• Oversee and manage commercial projects from inception to completion.

• Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.

• Mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development.

Essential Skills

• Proficient in Revit

• 10-15 years of experience in the architecture field

• Experience with all phases of design

• Experience with commercial projects

• Experience with creating construction documents

• Experience with client interaction

• Experience in mentoring junior staff

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field

• Proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD

• Project management skills

• Experience with construction administration

Work Environment

This is an onsite position located in Beverly, MA, requiring attendance 5 days a week. The company offers a collaborative and welcoming culture, with daily interactions with upper management and owners. The Beverly office is a unique and close-knit environment, originally the home of the owner. The role includes opportunities for mentorship and leadership.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
