Job Title: Warehouse Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist with 1 to 3 years of receiving experience. The ideal candidate will be familiar with all shipping platforms used, including handling packing slips and matching materials to the packing slips. The role requires logistical experience in both domestic and international shipping, utilizing UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other online portals. This position demands a detail-oriented individual with strong time management and self-management skills. The candidate must be a team player with excellent communication skills, proficient in computer skills, including emails, virtual chat, Teams meetings, and phone calls to track packages globally. Must type over 35 words per minute.

Hard Skills

• Receiving experience (1 to 3 years)

• Familiarity with shipping platforms and packing slips

• Logistical experience in domestic and international shipping

• Experience using UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other online portals

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Bethpage, New York.

Work Environment

Warehouse - New building just moved into facility. The candidate will be working with two other individuals within the warehouse as well as with the Warehouse Manager. It is a fast-paced environment, so communication and teamwork are essential. Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM.
