Job Summary

Reporting to the Director of Customer Communications, this role will work within the Customer Communications team, managing campaigns for SMB and Enterprise to drive customer satisfaction and meet regulatory obligations. The B2B Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategic briefing, ideation, development, and execution of all educational, awareness, and regulatory B2B customer communication campaigns and projects.

Responsibilities

*Manages the strategy, development, and execution of multi-platform B2B regulatory and customer communication campaigns that run across various channels, including, but not limited to, email, direct mail, web, bill statement, SMS, print collateral, etc.
*Oversees development of support and educational materials from concept to execution, including but not limited to welcome guides, rate cards, channel lineups, installation collateral, tutorial videos etc.
*Manages, writes, and publishes FAQ content for B2B support pages.
*Identifies appropriate KPIs, recaps, and monitors overall performance with recommendations to improve and maximize results.
*Drive B2B objectives and work cross-functionally with various teams including, Marketing, Billing, Product, Operations, Customer Service, Customer Experience, Care, PR, GA, Legal, and Logistics.
*Works on a day-to-day basis with outside agencies/vendors to maximize the quality and effectiveness of the work and ensure on-time, on-budget, and on-strategy delivery of creative that is within brand guidelines.
*Collaborate with the B2B team to manage the Customer Communications budget.
*Proofs all creative copy for informational accuracy, consistency, and communication effectiveness.
*Assists on special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

*Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related relevant field
*Minimum of 4 + years of prior relevant experience in Marketing, Agency Account Management, or Marketing Project Management. Experience in the B2B sector is preferred.
*Highly motivated, self-starter with a "roll up your sleeves" approach
*Strong project management skills with proven ability to perform simultaneous tasks at a high level of effectiveness under tight deadlines.
*Integrated marketing and advertising experience with knowledge of creative development, production, media and/or direct marketing required.
*Ability to lead and direct internal and external resources with direct or indirect reporting structure.
*Solid teaming and collaboration skills; good listener & influential to others.
*Results and action-oriented, with the ability to translate results into proactive measures.
*Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with proven ability to give extensive creative and copywriting direction.
*Extremely detailed-oriented, organized and able to multi-task.
*Financial acumen and experience in budget management.
*Strong cross-functional communication and teamwork skills.
*Ability to react and adapt to fast-changing business environment.

This position is identified as being performed in/or reporting to company operations in New York State. Salary ranges are supplied in compliance with New York State law. Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $102,816.00-$168,912.00/year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
