We currently are looking for a BCBA to work in our adult services program. In this role you would d eliver direct services to adults using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Design and conduct skills assessments, in conjunction with assigned Behavior Support staff.
Develop treatment plans based on the principles of ABA to address goals that address adaptive behavior, communication, social skills, independent living skills, feeding, etc.
Design data collection systems and analyze data to evaluate progress.
Provide training and supervision to Behavior Support staff
We require:
A Master's degree in Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Special Education or related field
NYS Certification as a BCBA
Minimum of 2 years of experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and other diagnostic tools.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administering verbal behavior assessments, conducting language, play and skill based assessments, and in designing, implementing and or training others using individualized language, play and skilled based curricula.
