Responsibilities
Position Summary: Responsibilities: Essential Duties • Leads a team of Clinical Integration Consultants (CIC) covering national geographic area. • Leads the day to day activities as it relates to allocating resources to best meet the needs of patients, customers, and 3rd party partners (EMR vendors etc.). • Responsible for CIC headcount from cradle to grave including hiring, on boarding, training, development, performance review and performance support, promotion or demotion and termination. • Serve as B. Braun domain knowledge expert in infusion clinical workflows, the infusion device, and the clinical integration implementation processes. • Provide leadership and expertise to BBM team, customer and EMR throughout integration project, including assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and optimization of outcomes. • Establish and maintain relationships with a cross sectional group of key leaders from the customer and vendor leadership team for all infusion integration implementation projects. • Provide client presentations and solution demonstrations on integration projects for the purpose of initiating an integration implementation project. • Participate in EMR/other integration partner meetings • Provide new device/software testing and workflow evaluation • Perform various tasks within the integration implementation projects, including but not limited to: • On-site visits to assist with assistance in integration testing, training, follow-up • On-going periodic integration team meetings and conference calls • Provide clinical integration expertise and support in pre-implementation, implementation and post go-live activities. • Provide clinical education assistance in facilitating integration procedural training programs focused on auto-programming infusion therapy. • Provide expertise in the configuration of the infusion device settings as it pertains to the flow of infusion data to the EMR for auto-documentation. Involved in on-site integration tasks and meetings with presentations, discussions and testing. • Engage clients in identifying and driving measurable outcomes. • Provide infusion analytics and workflow improvements. • Identify and execute special projects to support clinical process optimization, performance improvement, change management and measurable results. • Drives operational efficiency and exec Expertise: Knowledge & Skills • Requires advanced knowledge of professional field and industry. • Influences the development of and drives the application of principles, theories, concepts. The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when makin compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range provided is a reasonable estimate.
Target Based Range
$145,000 - $162,900.00
Qualifications
Expertise: Qualifications -Education/Experience/Training/Etc Required: • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred. • 08-10 years related experience required. • Applicable industry/professional certification required. • Regular and predictable attendance • Frequent business travel required, Valid driver's license and passport, Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed, Valid RN license While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear.
