Lehigh University Autism Services (LUAS) is seeking an exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in the College of Education. The Lehigh community takes seriously our commitment to antiracism and The Principles of our Equitable Community. - https://www.lehigh.edu/inprv/pdfs/activepdfforms/PrinciplesEquitySheetv2_032212.pdf As a BCBA (Position Number S97060) at LUAS, your key responsibilities will include: Planning, developing, and monitoring comprehensive behavioral support services tailored to the unique needs of each client Collaborating closely with caregivers, teachers, and other service providers to ensure a coordinated and effective approach to treatment Managing and providing training and direct supervision to our dedicated team of registered behavior technicians (RBTs) Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and ethical guidelines To be successful in this role, you must possess: Masters Degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience Board Certified Behavior Analyst, PA Behavior Specialist One to three years of related work experience as BCBA Three to five years working with children with autism A strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and techniques Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills The ability to work effectively in a team environment A genuine passion for improving the lives of individuals with ASD This role offers a chance to be part of a renowned institution that values excellence, integrity, and a commitment to making a positive impact. This position is a Grade: 9 - 40, offering an approximate salary of $54,390-$66,190. The duties of this position may allow the employee to work partially remote as deemed appropriate by their supervisor. This position works with minors and is funded by soft dollars; there is no severance associated with this position. Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed.
