Technical Security and Signal Countermeasures Support Analyst Countermeasures SME
Xcelerate Solutions is seeking a Technical Security and Signal Countermeasures Support Analyst. This position supports the full range of technical activities required for the Office of Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), Center for Security Evaluation (CSE) to appropriately service ICD 702 mission requirements. Responsibilities
Analyze intelligence content to discover the core components and relationships for a technical security vulnerability.
Understand, review, analyze and evaluate technical security vulnerabilities and needs.
Conduct analysis of vendor tool offerings and advise government on tool selection.
Support project manager in managing project timelines and ensuring timely submission of deliverables.
Coordinate across business and technology functions for comprehensive technical solutions.
Prepare and facilitate client meetings, workshops, and focus groups with technical and non-technical audiences.
Serve as a technical security and intelligence analyst supporting ICD 702 doctrine, requirements, and training to optimize IC TSSC programs.
Consult with TSSC organizations and stakeholders to define technical requirements or problems.
Liaise between government leadership and technical security program stakeholders.
Provide SME support and program coordination to TSSC exercises and integrate relevant disciplines.
Review, summarize, and assess potential mitigation reports of technical threats to US SCIFS.
Establish joint solutions and processes to address current and future technical threats.
Develop reports, decision papers, project calendars, metrics, and briefings.
Coordinate industry engagements and lead technical discussions.
Minimum Requirements:
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
BA degree with 12-15 years of experience or Masters with 10-13 years of experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a technical analyst, systems engineer, developer, or similar role.
Strong understanding of IC intelligence cycle.
Proficiency in adapting to new office technologies (e.g., Confluence).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in technical domains such as acoustic, electrical, optical, and radio frequency.
Implemented intelligence cycle workflow for stakeholders or clients.
Interagency intelligence reporting experience.
Contributed new products, workflows, and ideas to evolve platforms like Confluence.
