This is a temporary position.
Responsible for supporting program management for several VP teams within Global Technology.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience Required:
Strong general business process knowledge such as contracting, invoicing, budgeting and light project management. Organizational skills and attention to detail for setting up and maintaining tracking and monitoring systems for financial processes and new team member onboarding. Experience using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Knowledge of relevant internal Marriott processes and systems is a plus.
High School Diploma
Three years experience working with businesses processes in a corporate setting
Computer proficiency
Microsoft Office suite proficiency
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong understanding of business practices
Basic problem solving skills
Proven ability to build strong working relationships
Strong customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Education and Experience Preferred:
- Undergraduate College Degree
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES:
Tracking and monitoring of contracts and statements of work in order to identify deliverables, coordinate approvals and process invoices, and manage expirations / renewals with contract owners.
Tracking and monitoring of budget (forecast vs actuals,) as well as management of project codes used for time sheet reporting.
Tracking and monitoring of software licenses in order to identify current users, license expirations, and manage purchase / renewals and invoicing with license owners
Tracking and monitoring of hardware assets
Set up and maintain technology pattern library with shared access to various stakeholders
Onboarding and work readiness for new team members, including set up on internal systems, ordering new equipment, managing SharePoint and Teams security, and other adjacent activities
Purchasing and invoicing office supplies / project materials.
Meeting logistics support (scheduling, set up, catering, materials development) for town halls, knowledge transfer meetings, customer site visits, executive and customer meetings.
PowerPoint presentation support, working with stakeholders on content, templates and design.
Note-taking support of project status meetings
Ad hoc and admin support as needed for projects
The pay range for this position is $22.01 to $34.42 per hour.
Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
