Litigation Associate – Complex Commercial Litigation

Location: Bethesda, MD

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000

Our client, a well-regarded mid-sized firm in Bethesda, MD, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their Complex Commercial Litigation Practice Group.

Role Highlights:

This position focuses on complex business and commercial disputes, offering hands-on experience in motions practice, brief writing, depositions, hearings, and trials. The firm handles a variety of litigation matters in state and federal courts across Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2-4+ years of litigation experience with a focus on complex commercial matters.

• Must be barred in Maryland; Virginia and DC bar admissions are a plus.

• Strong legal writing and analytical skills are essential. The firm is willing to train on courtroom experience for candidates who excel in briefing and motions practice.
