Philips Lead Business Process Expert Services Catalog and Pricing in Best, Netherlands

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Design and deliver effective services – lifecycle based /recurrent business model processes and capabilities. Co-design and delivery of services commercial processes and capabilities will be coordinated via Design Reference Groups in close collaboration with key Process Capability Experts in the Regions/markets, Businesses and Functions.

Your process & capability domain scope ranges from services catalog, pricing, commercial policy and ICS-SOX controls for recurrent business models to serve our customers towards the highest levels of experience throughout the customer lifecycle. You will create globally harmonized end- to- end services processes as the basis for existing infrastructure and ensure translation of critical new capabilities into our newly to be developed Philips Integrated IT infrastructure, PIL.

Ensure change management in the organization to move and adopt to lifecycle based – recurrent business model driven ways of working. Main focus will be on a key transformation program which aims to deliver a new transactional backbone for services – from new services introduction, portfolio - catalog & pricing, opportunity, quotation, contract to order and fulfilment and customer success management – that supports our current services business as well as our growth plans.

You are responsible for

As a Lead Business Process Expert, you will be leading and managing the Design Reference Groups for your respective process & capability domain scope: catalog, pricing, commercial policy and ICS -SOX controls in the Services Center of Excellence. You will be accountable for ensuring co-design and capability development in close collaboration with the Regions/markets, Businesses and Functions. Translation of business requirements into user stories and designs in our new Philips Integrated IT infrastructure, PIL.

  • Services business process design, build and deployment into our Philips process framework.

  • Process domain scope; catalog, pricing, commercial policy and ICS -SOX controls.

  • Driving services process deployment and continuous improvement with the Regions/markets, Businesses and Functions

  • Services requirements collection from regio/ markets / businesses, bridging between business and technical IT scrum teams.

  • User story definition and design in alignment with the IT product owners and business process excellence teams

  • Secure and prepare deployment – IT tooling Dry Runs, User Acceptance Testing and Business Go Live including test cases, script design and training of key users

  • Design / enhance services price setting & management processes, services commercial policy process and discount approval processes with the Regions/markets, Businesses and Functions

  • Services Process compliancy ICS-SOX controls and Q&R

  • Services ICS-SOX control design and oversight, leading risk mitigation and remediation actions to ensure services control effectiveness

  • Facilitate Services process change, implementation, deployment and continuous improvement as part of the Design Reference Groups

  • Senior stakeholder management in a complex international matrixed organization across regions/markets, businesses and functions

You are a part of

A diverse global Services Center of Excellence team for the services commercial processes and capabilities, where you will support the Regions/markets and Businesses in different areas of commercial and operational capability building. You will report to the Business Process Owner (BPO) Services for Market to Order (M2O) in the Services Center of Excellence

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of international experience in services lifecycle based / recurrent business models. This includes customer engagement over multiple years (8-12 years) lifetime with demonstrable experience in services transactional backbone – from new services introduction, portfolio - catalog & pricing, opportunity, quotation, contract to order and fulfilment and customer success management.

  • Hands on experience with process & capability design, build, deployment, allowing for Business Unit specifics and highlight/ capture cross Business Unit synergies in the domain area of catalog, pricing, commercial policy and ICS-SOX controls.

  • Leading process Design Reference Groups, process change, transition and driving process deployment on global scale.

  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills to guide the Businesses, Regions / markets and Functions along the services lifecycle based /recurrent business models and transformation journey.

  • Hands-on experience working with scrum teams to bridge between the business and technical teams.

  • Experience with Salesforce, Apttus CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and SAP- Hybris integrations.

  • Self-starter who takes initiative, values impact over effort and is motivated to drive performance.

  • Strong communicator, able to interact with internal and external stakeholders, experts and peers at different levels.

  • Willing to travel internationally up to 10% of the time.

  • Fluent in English speaking and writing, other languages are a plus.
