Envestnet Financial Technologies, Inc. seeks Senior Technical Account Manager in Berwyn, PA.
Duties: Managing the wealth management sector and driving high customer satisfaction. Lead implementation of Envestnet technology products with clients, supporting the implementation of the Software Product. Conduct training with customers to provide training on Envestnet tools and best practices on troubleshooting issues with Envestnet product. Reviewing success criteria for clients and driving innovations and process changes that enable our client services team to maintain/exceed satisfaction levels. Conducting account review meetings with clients and client services. Proactively tracking key performance indicators (KPIS) for clients and engaging with stakeholders to maintain/exceed expected ranges. Responsible for continuous service delivery, SLA and release management. Overseeing case management for clients and engaging various internal teams (client services, sustaining engineering, operations) to drive high impact/severity cases to resolution. Provide feedback to the business on client needs in order to drive product road map. Serving as escalation point for critical client escalations.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field (or foreign equivalent) plus 7 years of experience in related occupations. In the alternative, employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field (or foreign equivalent) plus 5 years of experience in related occupations. Position requires 5 years of experience in the following: (1) Web technology standards: RESTful Services, JavaScript; (2) SQL concepts and networking concepts; (3) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; (4) Debugging and testing applications; (5) Various Customer Relationship Management applications. Telecommuting Permitted.
