We are seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our healthcare team located in Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be interacting with patients, managing their inquiries, and ensuring the smooth administration of healthcare services. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage phone/emails, responding to patient inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner

• Schedule patients for appointments, ensuring efficient use of clinic time

• Greet patients upon arrival, making them feel welcome and comfortable

• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

• Utilize software such as EPIC, Allscripts, and Cerner Technologies for healthcare administration tasks

• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and appointments

• Leverage CRM and Crystal Reports for patient record management and reporting

• Use Dentrix Dental Software for dental-specific administrative tasks

• Handle authorizations, benefit functions, and billing functions as per healthcare protocols

• Prepare charts and graphs to represent patient data and trends.

Requirements • Proficiency in Allscripts and Cerner Technologies is required

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Ability to use Crystal Reports for data analysis and management

• Familiarity with Dentrix Dental Software is beneficial

• Capable of efficiently answering inbound calls and addressing patient queries

• Experience with authorizations in a healthcare setting

• Understanding of benefit functions within the healthcare industry

• Proficient in handling billing functions related to patient services

• Ability to create and interpret charts and graphs for data presentation and analysis TalentMatch®
