Job Description

An enterprise eCommerce company is seeking a Software Engineer to join their team. This team owns the observability tools for a large organization and are currently consolidating their toolset. This person will:

Develop and maintain software applications using Go and Python.

Ensure code is extensible, maintainable, and easily testable.

Utilize DataDog and Splunk for monitoring and logging.

Work within enterprise-level environments to deliver robust solutions.

Building out dashboards

Creating integrations

Providing platform support

Manage and deploy applications using Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions.

Apply a holistic approach to problem-solving, considering long-term impacts and integration.

Skills and Requirements

-3-5 years of experience w/Go, Python

-The ideal candidate will have a holistic mindset, thinking outside the box and considering futuristic aspects. They should be able to ensure that the code is extensible and easily testable.

-Experience with DataDog and Splunk

-Enterprise level experience

-Strong experience with Kubernetes, Terraform and AWS eCommerce experience

Prometheus, Grafana and/or ServiceNow observability experience null
