In dieser Stelle bist du als Experte für Zoll-Aktivitäten in der Schweiz verantwortlich und arbeitest direkt in unserem Toblerone-Werk in Bern.

Dein Beitrag

• Sicherstellung der korrekten Durchführung der zollrelevanten Prozesse in der Schweiz, inklusive Management der Aktiven Veredelung von Rohwaren

• Abwicklung der Exportunterstützungen des Fonds Rohstoffverbilligung für Milchgrundstoffe sowie der Zuckerimport-Export-Regelung der Réserve Suisse

• Verantwortung für den Bereich Warenursprung und Präferenzzölle

• Überwachung der Export- und Importzollanmeldungen, einschliesslich der korrekten Tarifierung und Abgabenberechnung inkl. Bearbeitung der Zoll-Rechnungen der Behörden

• Schnittstelle und Ansprechperson sowohl Konzern-intern als auch für Zollagenturen und Behörden, sowie bei Audits

• Einbringen deiner Expertise im Zollbereich im Rahmen von Projekten

• Ausstellung bzw. Einholung von Exportdokumenten

• Key User der Zollsoftware

• Vertretung der KollegInnen im Export Planning während der Ferien und im Krankheitsfall

Was du mitbringst

Den Wunsch, unser Unternehmen in die Zukunft zu führen und deine Karriere durch Erfahrung und Wissen in folgenden Bereichen voranzubringen:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung / Kurs als Exportfachmann/frau

• Maturität/Reifeprüfung, Spezialisierung in Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Logistik bevorzugt

• Min. 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer zollrelevanten Tätigkeit in der Schweiz

• Erfahrungen in Aussenhandelsabteilungen der Lebensmittelindustrie, bei Zollagenturen oder in Logistikunternehmen

• Fliessende Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift

• Starke Office-Anwendungskenntnisse, insbesondere vertiefte Erfahrungen im Umgang mit MS Excel

• SAP-Vorkenntnisse von Vorteil

• Starkes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise

• Kenntnisse des Schweizer Zollrechts inkl. E-dec

• Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement
