Roles and Tasks

• Drive the communication towards suppliers and subcontractors to improve onboarding and intimacy.

• Accelerate the development of an Interactive mapping of Installation Subcontractors active in Central Europe market.

• Register and Digitalize Subcontractor data.

• Support team in the process of Subcontractor qualification through digital tool.

• Support the identification of risk & opportunities for commercial collaboration with potential Subcontractors.

• Support the improvement of Sourcing Inquiry templates during RFQ.

• Support Team reporting towards overall Sourcing and Region organization.

Essential responsibilities

• Reinforce the monitoring of Installation Subcontractor market activity.

• Workload, Competency and Price benchmarking of Installation Contractors

• Ensure implementation of Global Sourcing Policy (QMS) for Construction activity.

• Support internal stakeholders by setting up vendor and cost data base.

Desired characteristics

• Project Sourcing skills and Understanding of Construction environment.

• Interest for digitalization and solid command of Excel (other Digital tools is a plus)

• Action oriented/Creativity/Motivating others/Drive for results/Organization

• Ability to understand construction sourcing strategies and constraints.

• Ability to prioritize, make decision/sense of urgency.

• Cross-cultural management, Presentation skills.

• Ability to Work in a team; Communication skills.

• Negotiation/ Influencing

Qualification/Requirement

• Student in Master (Construction, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration) or equivalent knowledge or experience

• Language: German and English (C1)

• Office Software (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, Visio)

• Ability to work in a global environment and matrix organization.
